Trial Terms

1. What is the trial?

Every new Nefru account receives a complimentary 3-month Pro trial from the date the account is created. During this period, your workspace enjoys full Pro plan features at no charge and with no credit card required.

2. Eligibility

The trial is available once per new company/workspace. Existing companies that have previously subscribed to a paid plan are not eligible for a new trial. We reserve the right to withhold the trial if we detect abuse, multiple sign-ups for the same entity, or other fraudulent behaviour.

3. What is included?

During the trial you get access to every Pro feature available at the time of sign-up, including but not limited to: unlimited projects, client portals, advanced procurement, milestone invoicing, cashflow forecasting, team roles and permissions, and priority support. Feature availability is subject to change as the platform evolves.

4. What happens when the trial ends?

When the 3-month trial expires, your workspace automatically moves to the Free plan. You will not be charged unless you explicitly upgrade to a paid Pro or Enterprise plan. Your data remains accessible and you can continue using core Free features. Some Pro-only features may become read-only or hidden until you upgrade.

5. Upgrading during the trial

You may upgrade to a paid plan at any point during the trial. If you upgrade before the trial ends, the remaining trial days are forfeited and your paid subscription begins immediately. No refunds or credits are given for unused trial time.

6. Cancellation

Because the trial is free, there is nothing to cancel. If you do not wish to continue after the trial, simply let it expire. You may also delete your workspace and account at any time from Settings.

7. Changes and termination

We may update these Trial Terms or modify the trial offering at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. We reserve the right to end a trial early if we suspect abuse, fraud, or a violation of our Terms of Service.
